Privacy PolicyLegacy Photo Impressions treats your personal privacy with the utmost respect and will never sell or distribute to outside parties any shared, personal information of any kind. In addition, we will not sell, rent or give out any email addresses to third parties. By using this Website or purchasing a product from Legacy Photo Impressions, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy.
What do we do with your information?
All contact information {email address, telephone number, address, etc.} from your order is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. We may also need to get in touch with you, so we may use your contact information in that way. Financial information {credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.} that is collected is used only to bill for products and services and not stored. This Website does not store personal information collected in order to process transactions for commercial purposes.
Security
LegacyPhotoImpressions.com uses a secure server {SSL-Secure Socket Layer} technology certified by PayPal® to encrypt all of your personal information. This unique technology creates a secure connection between you and our server. This means that your information will not be captured by those who may try to spy on you. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
Copyright Policy
It is prohibited by law to reproduce images that are copyrighted without the express, written permission, of the person or entity that created the original work. Legacy Photo Impressions upholds and respects the legal rights of the photographers and image authors.
If you have a copyrighted image, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release and email or send it to us, so we can keep it for our files. We will start working on your card upon receipt of the signed release.
If you choose to scan your professionally taken images on your own, you are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright.

Customer agrees to hold harmless Legacy Photo Impressions for all costs, expenses, attorney’s fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Legacy Photo Impressions for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
By agreeing to this Terms of Sale, you are agreeing to not add copyrighted phrases or characters to your photo cards in any way, shape or form. The liability is placed on the customer for use of these items, and violators can and will be prosecuted.
Additionally, all printed photo cards created by Legacy Photo Impressions are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Legacy Photo Impressions retains the copyright to all designs created on the Website.
Order Approval Policy
We are dedicated to pleasing our customers and want you to come back to us for your every need when it comes to greeting and photo cards. Our goal is for our customers to be completely, 100% satisfied with the order.
FOR PHOTO CARD ORDERS
You will be given the opportunity to edit text and images on your chosen card at any time before your order is placed. Please make sure that you specify if you would like your card to be printed on photo paper in the special instructions at checkout. If you do not specify that you would like your order on photo paper, then it will be printed on our high quality 110lb. card stock. Once the order is complete and submitted to Legacy Photo Impressions, a proof will be sent via email to your account.
You may have up to 3 rounds of proofs at no charge. On the 4th proof a $5 charge per proof will be incurred. If you notice that you did not specify that you would like to use the professional photo paper instead of card stock for your order at the time of checkout, please let us know BEFORE you have approved your proof and we will change your order. You must look at your proof one last time, and double check, to make sure everything is correct before approving the order. Please note that once the proof has been approved, the order is final.
There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling, grammar or punctuation. Only if the card is printed, sent to you, and is exceedingly different than the proof that was approved {damaged, wrong pictures, wrong order, etc.} will a complete refund be immediately granted.
Please take into account that all monitors DO NOT have the same color and brightness settings, therefore the colors on your preview and approval screens or emails may vary slightly from your printed card, but they will be EXTREMELY close; or as close as possible. This is the nature of proofing and approving cards online ~ convenience overshadows the exactness of colors. Even so, we know you will still be satisfied with your order!
We will not accept exchanges.
FOR UNIQUE CREATIONS
For a Unique Creation, we need a detailed email that describes your custom photo card requirements. You must be very specific when describing what you have in mind. Please give us the information below so we can have your card be as close as possible to what you have in mind:
* Your colors
* Your style {traditional, modern, simple, retro, etc.}
* What kind of creation {birth announcement, wedding or shower invitation, holiday card or party invitation, etc.}
* How many photos you would like to use
* Font preferences {modern, bold, script, etc.}
* Any graphics or pictures you’d like to add to your card
* Details of the event or occasion {if applicable}
* Any other information that will give us a head start, since we would like the first proof to be as close to what you imagined as possible
* Your style {traditional, modern, simple, retro, etc.}
* What kind of creation {birth announcement, wedding or shower invitation, holiday card or party invitation, etc.}
* How many photos you would like to use
* Font preferences {modern, bold, script, etc.}
* Any graphics or pictures you’d like to add to your card
* Details of the event or occasion {if applicable}
* Any other information that will give us a head start, since we would like the first proof to be as close to what you imagined as possible
Once your order or email is received, we will respond within 6 hours (normally much less) and will work to have your cards ready to be approved within 2 business days. Of course, this does depend on your prompt response to our emails and proofs. You will be given 4 rounds of proofs to get your photo cards and invitations just they way you want it. We will work with you to have your cards turn out exactly how you imagine.
For each unique creation, there is a $30 non-refundable design fee that will be that will be included in the cost in addition to the price of the quantity of cards chosen. There will be a $5 per proof fee for any additional proofs after the 4th proof. Once a proof has been approved the order is final. You do also have the option of purchasing the digital file of the Unique Creation for $45. This way you can print the cards at a printer of your choice.
Payment
Payment is by credit card or via your PayPal® account only. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Your credit card is charged at the time of checkout. Orders are not taken by phone.
There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling, grammar or punctuation. Only if the card is printed, sent to you, and is exceedingly different than the proof that was approved {damaged, wrong pictures, wrong order, etc.} will a complete refund be immediately granted.
We will not accept exchanges.
There will also be no refunds of the design fee for any Unique Creation.
Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the United States of America via UPS® Ground/USPS Priority Mail® or FedEx® Overnight/USPS Express Mail®/UPS® Next Day Air® for rush orders. At this time we are not offering shipping to countries outside of the U.S.
Most non-rush orders will arrive at your location between 4 to 7 business days from when the emailed proof is received. Rush orders placed in the U.S. will ship on the next business day and be sent via an overnight shipping service. There is a possibility you may receive your order earlier than this.
Cards on this site
A few times a year, we select some different card designs to display on the site and in other materials. Whenever we use customer designs as samples, we change all identifying information such as names, addresses, RSVP information, and any other identifying text. You will be asked for permission prior to Legacy Photo Impressions’ use of your card and image in any way.
Email Promotions
Occasionally we send email promotions to our loyal customers. If you wish to remove your email address from our list, simply contact us to let us know. We do not share email addresses with anyone.
