Will my order come with envelopes?
The Proof Process
If needed, we provide up to 3 proofs of the same design at no additional charge. However, our goal is to get your card right the first time. We realize that is not always practical, but we will try our hardest to get it just the way you want it the first time.
Your initial proof will be sent to you via email within 2 business days (Unique Creations may take up to two additional days). We suggest you check your email frequently while awaiting your proof, as it may delay the delivery of your order if we must wait for a long period of time for your approval, since we will only print your order upon your approval.
If any changes or corrections need to be made, please be as detailed as possible in your first proof response, so there will not be the chance of any further delays. Return to Top
Can you convert my color photo to Black & White or Sepia tone?
Can I see more than one proof set-up?
If you would like to see a proof of more than one card, simply request the additional set-up in the special instructions during checkout, noting that you accept the additional charge(s). Please remember to include the Style Name of the additional design(s) you would like to see.
Also, we can only show one proof at a time, so after we send your first proof, and upon confirmation that you have viewed it, we will then send the next proof image. Please be sure to right-click on the first proof and save it to your computer, so you can easily compare it to the additional proof(s) that you requested. Return to Top
Can I pre-order envelopes?
The Envelope Pre-Ordering Process
You simply add the number of envelopes that you need along with the size (this is very important) and pay a non-refundable $20 deposit plus shipping. Your $20 will be applied towards your card order. However, if you decide not to order cards after the envelopes have been mailed to you, or if you cancel your card order while it is being processed, the $20 is not refundable. In addition, you will be billed for the envelopes at a rate of 15 cents per envelope. The $20 deposit will be credited towards this charge.
Envelope charges in excess of $20 will be billed to the credit card used to place your original order at the rate of 15 cents each, or you may also choose to return the unused envelopes and avoid the 15 cents per envelope charge. Return to Top
Can I place a re-order?
How do I get my photo to you?
How quickly will my cards be printed and shipped?
Please keep in mind that in the months of November and December, it is possible that we may extend our due times by up to two days. If our workload justifies this extension, then we will display a notification on our website. Christmas is a particularly busy time, so please see the Christmas deadline answer below. Return to Top
Do you have a Christmas deadline?
We have a suggested deadline for
ordering Christmas cards for timely production and delivery usually
during the second week of December. The specific date will be posted on
the website closer to the holiday season.
Also, please note that
UPS® does not guarantee ground services for the month of December and
even does not guarantee overnight delivery during Christmas week.
You still may place an order for Christmas cards after the suggested deadline date, however, due to proof and shipment times and possible delivery issues during this time, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas mailing, if you order too late.
Return to TopHow much text can I fit on my card?
If the amount of text you want cannot fit the particular card you have chosen, we will design the card using our judgment. You may then request changes to or placement of the text when viewing your proof. Return to Top
Can I use more than one photo?
What are your picture requirements?
Digital images MUST be at the highest
resolution possible for the card to turn on with the best quality. It
is also required if any cropping is necessary or requested. If we feel
the cropping or editing instructions will negatively impact the quality
of your card order, we will contact you to offer our educated opinion.
Below are some specifications needed to produce the best quality photo cards:
- Images need to be in JPEG format.
- Images need to be at least 400KB for good resolution.
- Images need to be at least 1050x1500 in resolution.
- Images need to be free of exposure issues {not too dark or too light}.
- Images that have not been previously altered or cropped.
- Images that have been properly scanned with at least 300 dpi and a minimum size of 4x6.
- All images must be in digital format, as we do not accept prints or negatives via the mail.
Please note that the following are not recommended for use:
- Images from cell phones, as they are very low quality.
- Images that have been shared or stored on web sites, since they have low resolution.
- Images that have been sent back and forth via email, as that ruins the quality of the image.
Tips for Scanning Images
- Glossy photos provide better results when scanned.
- Please make sure to clean the photo and the scanner before scanning for best results.
- Scan only the original prints, no photo copies or ink-jet prints.
- Scan at 300 dpi with a minimum size of 4x6.
- Set the scaling to 100% at 300 dpi if scanning a 4x6 photo.
Save images as a JPEG file at the highest quality possible.

For
each unique creation, there is a $30 non-refundable design fee that

the cards at a printer of your choice.
